His research through Griffith University is concerned with reducing pain levels and muscular injury whilst improving rate of recovery following exercise. Adam has also published research in relation to low back and hamstring problems. Because of Adam’s combined practical and theoretical expertise, many people are seeking Adam’s help for chronic pain, back and neck pain, work place injuries/Work Cover claims and sporting management, as his research and skills are applicable to both pain sufferers and sports people.
