Manual therapy treatment as well as progressive rehabilitation will ensure we get you back to normal functioning as quickly as possible. Recurrent Injuries / Aches and Pains

Whether a niggly knee or shoulder, or even a recurrent tear in your calf every time you get back to exercising, our physiotherapists can provide you with a comprehensive assessment and the treatment / rehabilitation program that you need to assist you to get over your injury hurdles.

Arthritis

Osteoarthritis is a condition involving inflammation of the joint. Often this affects the knee, but can also affect the hip, spine, base of the thumb and big toe. Other joints may also be affected, but less frequently than the above mentioned. While osteoarthritis itself cannot be ‘fixed’ – the symptoms can be lessened by settling the local symptoms at times when there is a flare up, and then improving the biomechanics of the joint. A progressive exercise program can be very effective in reducing symptoms – even if they have been present for years.

Post Surgical Rehabilitation

Following shoulder / rotator cuff repair, ACL reconstruction, knee joint replacement or spinal fusion we have experienced physiotherapists available to provide you with a progressive, comprehensive, safe rehabilitation program. For post spinal surgery rehabilitation, our senior clinicians have extensive experience in ensuring that your recovery is to the best it can be. This information is also passed through to our junior and intermediate clinicians ensuring that whoever you see within our team – you will receive the treatment that you need to recover.
